Transformer Leak Sealing
The non-conductive sealants include low temperature vulcanizing injection materials and special resins which are tolerant to transformer oils, and can be applied and bonded to all contaminated surfaces.
Direct injection adaptors and customized outside diameter fitting clamps or boxes are used according to the application requirements. Furthermore, Furmanite’s on-site repair does not require oil to be drained from the system in order to carry out the repair.
A full managed service is available encompassing initial site survey to establish station condition status, regular planned assessment and maintenance program through to a full remedial repair and recommissioning.
