Heat Exchanger manufacture
Furmanite can manufacture and supply individual components or complete operational units ready for on-site installation.

Heat Exchanger repair
Repairs begin with an efficient dismantling process extending to high standard machining and refurbishment. Testing and certification is carried out in our workshops and in re-commissioning on-site. By using the highest quality bolting and tensioning techniques, equipment is brought back to pressure safely and effectively, with minimum disruption to production.

Total service
In addition to a complete Heat Exchanger service, we can overhaul, repair and test all types of valves (safety, control and relief) in our workshops and on-site. We offer a patented Trevitest system for both hot and cold testing. Furthermore precision machining can also be undertaken on-site to workshop tolerances. All geared to saving time and cost.
