Valve Management Solution – Reduce Risk That Threatens Your Valves, Staff, Production Levels, and Most Importantly, Your Profitability

Consider the impact of your valves being repaired with virtually no downtime; repairs done on-site that meet the standards for new valves, regardless of size, make and type. Imagine how your bottom line would benefit by having the means to discover faulty valves before they broke down? It’s all possible if your valves have been Furmanited.

By partnering with Furmanite, you have at your disposal the technology, tools and expertise required to keep your valves up and operational on a 24/7 basis. Furmanite has the ability to repair and maintenance your onshore or offshore valves on-site, on time and on budget.

If Your Valves Go, We Go to You

As part of Furmanite’s comprehensive valve solution, we’re able to save you significant time and expense because instead of sending valves “to the shop” for repairs, we’ll come to you. Our well-equipped site support vehicles provide the comprehensive machining, repair, welding, assembly and valve testing you require – on an emergency or scheduled basis.

Trevitest – the Standard in Testing and Measurement

With the Trevitest diagnostic recorder you now have the ability to test and identify valves in need of repair with no operational interruptions. This technology gives you the means to accurately test safety and relief valves, performed in place, on line and under normal operating pressure and temperature.

Furmanite Valve Testing Capabilities:
  • Air testing to 2,500 psig (172 bar)
  • Hydrostatic testing to 10,000 psig (689 bar)
  • Safety/relief valve repairs and testing with steam, air, gas and liquids to 600 psi (41 bar) for Section I and VIII code-stamped valves
  • Lose The Risk, Not The Results

In addition to superior repair and testing services, Furmanite is also able to provide you with a hands-free, safe and efficient method for valve operation. With the Torque Tamer®, you’re able to reallocate operator personnel because the system incorporates a small light-weight torque reaction arm permanently bolted to the wrench used to open and close a process valve.
