Welded Pipeline Repair & Reinforcing Sleeves. The Full Encirclement Sleeve is designed to provide additional reinforcement and strength to pipeline sections that are damaged or weakened. Typical pipeline anomalies that are ideal for Full Encirclement Split Sleeve repair applications are dents, gouges, corrosion, defective welds and leaks.

Full Encirclement Sleeves are fabricated from a variety of steel grade materials and can be designed to provide both non pressure rated structural reinforcement or to provide a pressure rated design reinforcement. Custom design lengths, steel grades, and the addition of weld backing strips are available.

Full Encirclement Pipeline Sleeves have the following features.
